About Us

Now that your "star artist" has created his/her masterpiece, you are ready to share it with the world!

Step 1

It's easy to find your artist in our system! Simply go to the home page of this site and enter their Student ID This information can be found on the the brochure that your child brought home from school immediately after the "visiting artist" event. Simply type the ID number from the brochure into the appropriate box and click the "Search" button next to it.

Step 2

Once you've located your child's name in our system, simply click the link next to it called "View Artwork".

You will automatically be taken to the complete library of all of your child's art. Simply choose the piece that you are interested in having printed on a product. You will automatically be taken to the product selection page.

Step 3

Now, from our product catalog, choose the item that you would like to preview your child's artwork on by clicking on it.

You will automatically be taken to a preview page that will be a representation of what the finished product will look like.

DISCLAIMER: The artwork that you are viewing on the Web site is shown in a much lower resolution than the actual finished product will be delivered in. Don't worry if you see fuzzy edges or slightly improper alignments on the art on the "preview" page. The product we deliver will be perfected before it is shipped to you. This web preview is just meant to give you a basic preview of how the artwork will be placed on the product.

You're almost done!

Once you've selected the art, the product, and any options related to the product (such as size etc. if necessary) you will then be forwarded to the checkout area in order to enter your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Once completed, you will be receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Should we need to contact you with questions about your order, we will do so either by telephone or email.

Shipping

During these initial phases of our new site launch, the first group of orders will be delivered back to you child's school for final delivery to you. In the future, orders processed through the web site will shipped (in some cases) directly to you via UPS. When this change is made, we will post it here on our Web site. Delivery of the first orders to your child's school should be completed by the first/second week of December 2007. Should we run into a problem with this schedule we will contact you in advance to let you know that there might be a delay.

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO boxes or outside of the continental United States at this time. We expect to be able to ship worldwide at some time in the near future. When this option becomes available we will post the information on this Web site.
