Tips for great reproduction of kids art work

CONTRAST:
Pieces done with great contrast (wide range of darks and lights) tend to reproduce better. Paint and brightly colored markers are preferred over pencil and crayon drawings.

SIZE:
The size of the art should be 8.5” x 11”. The page may be turned horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait).
Children’s images are more striking when they use the entire page.
Remember, some of their images will be reproduced on small items such as key chains.

NAME:
Have the child write their name CLEARLY in letters at least ¼” big. Names can appear anywhere on the art “within” a ½” of the edge of the page. Sometimes, if the name is signed right up to the edge of the page, most or all of the name will be cropped off during the printing process.
