Parents Terms & Agreement
My Art Starz provides safeguards for your students. Please help us by following the guidelines below:
- Parents have to be 18 years or older to register your child online and create an art gallery or order products.
- Parents are not allowed to upload artwork that is inappropriate for viewing by children and families i.e. violent material or artwork that contains nudity.
- Parents may not upload artwork that contains your child’s photo or photos of family.
- Parents may not upload artwork that is copyrighted, contains a business’s logo, trademarked materials, or any licensed material that could interfere with the intellectual property of others. (examples Disney, cartoon characters, movie characters, title, logos)
- Parents may not upload artwork that has a child’s last name on it. First name is fine. My Art Starz is not responsible for artwork submitted with last names.
- Parents agree to keep all information up to date and accurate – to include email.
- Parents are responsible to protect your username and password. You are responsible for all activities in your account, notifying My Art Starz of any unauthorized use on your account, making sure you log out each time you use your site.
- Parents can request to have their child’s artwork deleted from the website by writing a letter to My Art Starz. The address is :

- When parents give username and password to friends and family to order products, it is assumed by My Art Starz that you have given them permission to do so.
My Art Starz reserves the right to delete any artwork that violates our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
General Terms & Agreement
My Art Starz Products has the following Terms and Conditions that need to be followed by users of our website. Since changes may occur, it is up to the user to review our updates.
Acceptable Use
- The website is available for schools public and private, preschools, daycares, church groups, children’s camp etc., and youth organizations. The express purpose of the website is to create art galleries for children and their families. The artwork will be archived for the elementary years. Products imprinted with children’s artwork are available for family and friends to purchase.
- Teachers, Parents, or My Art Starz Representatives and employees are the only ones allowed to upload artwork into the website.
Unacceptable Use
- My Art Starz prohibits any unlawful use of this website.
- My Art Starz prohibits any actions on this website that would be harmful to minors.
- Pornographic materials are strictly prohibited.
- My Art Starz prohibits displaying actual photos of child or family members.
- No one may use the website and act like they are a My Art Starz Representative, an employee, a teacher, and/or a parent. It is illegal for the user to misrepresent oneself as a parent and order products, or claim to have obtained parental permission when user has not done so.
- Users may not advertise on My Art Starz website.
- Users are prohibited from copying information from our website (schools, teachers) for the purpose of advertising.
Advertising
My Art Starz hold the right to disclose generic information to partners, advertisers, and other responsible third parties such as number of visitors, buying patterns, etc. This information is generic and never gives out any personal information.
Removal of Information
Parents and Teachers can opt out of participating with My Art Starz. If a parent does not want their child’s artwork online or if they want to get rid of their art gallery, they can do so at anytime.
Limitations of Liability
My Art Starz, its managers, employees, and/or representatives will not be held liable for any punitive or consequential damages that result from people using the My Art Starz website. If a someone misuses the My Art Starz website and violates the terms and conditions, the user agrees to hold My Art Starz, its employees, representatives, schools, teachers, and students harmless from any liability to third parties to include legal fees or violation of rights to a third party.
My Art Starz Products Guarantee
My Art Starz offers products with children’s artwork imprinted on individual items. Items are custom made one at a time.
Items will be replaced under the following conditions:
- Customer receives product with the wrong piece of artwork on it.
- Items are broken or damaged.
To replace an item, follow the steps below:
- Email My Art Starz by clicking here
- Include the following information: your name, phone #, and mailing address, the screen name of the child, the right art with number, and the reason for the return.
- Email within 10 days of receiving products.

My Art Starz strives to produce great products; however we cannot replace items if the image is poor quality. The customer needs to check the artwork at time of submission. Also, My Art Starz cannot accept a return of items if the customer ordered the wrong artwork and My Art Starz in good faith reproduced the work onto an item. Clothing items such as t-shirts will not be returned due to incorrect sizing. Make sure clothing items are correct size.
Teacher’s Security
Teachers will be given a username. Teachers create a password also. Teachers will be responsible to keep the username and password private. If, for any reason, privacy has been compromised, it is the teacher’s responsibility to notify My Art Starz immediately and we will change your username. My Art Starz will not be held liable if teachers do not comply with these terms & conditions.
